How Can I Discover Funding via Drexel Research Discovery?
It is possible to search for grants via Pivot from Drexel Research Discovery.
The system can provide a search for researchers customized to their organizational unit which is accessed via the Discover Funding button at the top right of the interface.
Answer
To view the button, you must
- be logged in (Drexel Connect, SSO)
- have a Pivot ID defined in your profile
If no search is defined for your unit, the button will display a message that there are no Funding Opportunity Searches to display.
With or without a defined search, there is a helpful link offering to take you to "... your Pivot-RP profile to set up custom funding searches".
If you are able to provide a saved Pivot search, appropriate for your unit, please send it to libsystems@drexel.edu to be added to your unit's profile.
The Discovery Funding button is linked to your personal account and unit, so, as long as you’re logged in, it’s available on all pages, just like the ADD CONTENT button.
