You can add Drexel Connect Single Sign-On to your ORCID account and spend less time searching for that additional password.  ORCID calls this Alternate sign in accounts.

1. Go to https://orcid.org/institutional-signin (if an orange error box pops up, just ignore it)
2. In the Organization box, type Drexel University (it should be enough to type the first 4 characters) and select Drexel University from the drop-down
3. Click the   Continue   button
4. If you are not already authenticated via Drexel Connect, complete your Drexel Connect sign-in.  This takes you to the Link Your Drexel University account page (sample screen shot in ORCID help)
5. Paste your ORCID into the first box and enter your ORCID password in the second box
6. Click the   Sign in and link your Drexel University account   button

All done!  From now on, you can easily sign into ORCID via Drexel Connect -- just remember to always use the
  Sign in through your institution  button.

Important!

• You still need to remember your ORCID credentials, so store that information for the long term.  Why?
• To see your configured alternate sign-ins, sign into ORCID > click your name at the top right > select Account settings.
• Leaving Drexel?  No worries.  Just unlink your Drexel authentication from your ORCID account.
