  4. Click your email address in the upper right
  5. Click Account Settings
  6. Click Site Preferences
  7. Click Outside Tool
  8. Press CTRL + F
  9. Type Drexel and press Enter
  10. Click the check box next to Drexel University Libraries
  11. Return to Account Settings > Site Preferences to see that Outside Tool now says Drexel University Libraries

If you don't have an account, login using Drexel SSO (more options) or another of the login options, choose Create new account

How to Merge MyNCBI Drexel SSO Account with Legacy Accounts

After logging into NCBI using Drexel Connect, if you previously had a MyNCBI account which authenticated via ORCiD or NCBI (or any other method), it is recommended to merge it with your Drexel University MyNCBI account so your settings apply to all your accounts.

Use the NLM Support Site FAQ: What should I do if I have multiple NCBI accounts?

Sample Email:

Subject: Merge ORCID and NCBI Accounts

Body

Details: Accounts [1] abc123@drexel.edu  [2] 1111-1111-1111-111a@orcid  Please merge the 2 accounts listed above

NLM also has a case submission (aka help request) form which can be used instead of an email @ https://support.nlm.nih.gov/support/create-case/

After merging, this is an example of an account settings list
