How to Merge MyNCBI Drexel SSO Account with Legacy Accounts

If you previously had a MyNCBI account via another authentication method such as ORCiD or NCBI, it is recommended to merge it with your Drexel University MyNCBI account so your settings apply to all your accounts.

  1. Start at https://support.nlm.nih.gov/support/create-case/
  2. Enter the information as described at the NLM Support Site: What should I do if I have multiple NCBI accounts?

Sample Email:

Body

Details: Accounts [1] abc123@drexel.edu  [2] 1111-1111-1111-111a@orcid  Please merge the 2 accounts listed above
