A Guide on How to Set up Room 210 for Hybrid Zoom Meetings
Answer
- Neat Pad will request to "Enter Pairing Code" which will be displayed on the television screen.
- Among the options shown on the next screen, select "Join a Meeting".
- To Join Meeting
- Enter Meeting ID and click "Join"
- OR
- Enter ending of Personal Link (after /my/) and click "Join"
- Enter meeting password if one is required.
- Wait for host to start meeting.
To configure individual frames:
Note that this model of the Neat Bar only supports up to 8 individual frames.
Please refer to the sheet located on the table in front of the screen on how to set up auto-framing feature.
Additionally:
In order to create a new meeting using the Neat Bar, a user must sign in first.
Zoom Support Only
The Neat Bar Only supports Zoom. Please use Clickshare if you plan to screenshare using Teams or Zoom.
