Why was my access suspended for systematic or excessive downloads?

I tried to log in to e-resources and it told me my access has been suspended. How can I find out why, and how can I fix it?

Systematic or excessive downloading may result in the termination of access to e-resources for the entire Drexel community. Our software detects systematic or excessive downloads of unusually high volume of content from databases. If your access has been suspended, please contact libacc@drexel.edu for more information.
