The following are best practices for administrators of the Drexel Research Discovery repository.

Researcher Profiles
Researcher profiles are public if researchers are active at Drexel and have research assets associated with their profile.
- Profiles should have a headshot included if the researcher has one included on their university faculty profile.
- Areas of interest should be included in researcher profile and is a description of the researcher and their research interests.
- Areas of interest paragraphs should be input into separate areas of interest boxes unless they have more than 7 lines and then they should be encoded with html in one box.
- Links should be input with the following corresponding descriptive text: Faculty Profile, LinkedIn, Staff Profile, Personal Website, etc.
- Education should be entered without the years included.
- Honors/awards can be included with years.
- Researcher identifiers in the researcher identifiers tab should be included for ORCID, Google Scholar, Scopus, and WOS if available.
