When will my article come from Interlibrary Loan (ILLiad)?
I requested an article through interlibrary loan, but I haven't gotten an email that it is ready. Can I check when I will get it? Do I have to go pick it up?
Answer
Most Interlibrary Loan (ILLiad) articles arrive within 2 days. You will receive an email with instructions on how to download your article.
If it is taking longer than 3 days, log into ILLiad and check the status of your article. To do this select "Borrow from Other Libraries" under Quicklinks on the Libraries' homepage.
On the next page you will see a link to log into ILLiad.
You can also email ResourceSharing@drexel.libanswers.com for the status of your request.
