Will I have access to my EndNote library after I leave Drexel?
Drexel University IT currently provides access to EndNote through an annual license key, not with EndNote accounts or SSO sign-in. If a student graduates and has EndNote installed on their personal device, they can use it until the current license expires. After that, they won’t be able to get a new key from Drexel since the license is only for current students, but they can buy their own key to continue using the software. The student’s data stays on their computer, and EndNote will switch to view-only mode. The same applies to employees who leave Drexel, except emeritus faculty, who can still get a license key.
