Can I borrow books from libraries at other local universities?
Answer
Through a reciprocal agreement, graduate students, staff and faculty from Drexel University may visit University of Pennsylvania Van Pelt Library and borrow materials. A reciprocal borrower's letter must first be obtained from the circulation desk at the W.W. Hagerty Library. This letter should be presented, along with your current university ID card, to circulation desk staff at the Van Pelt library and a UPenn library card will be created for you. Take note: privileges are valid for 4 months and new letter must be issued to renew your UPenn card.
Drexel University students, staff and faculty may borrow material from other local universities utilizing EZBorrow. EZBorrow allows members of the Drexel community to request physical items (like books, DVDs, and microfilm) not available through the Drexel Libraries. Learn more here.
