I can't access reserves through Canvas. Why not?
First, check to be sure that your professor has made materials available through the Drexel Libraries Course Reserves tool in Canvas, Drexel’s new Learning Management System that is replacing BlackBoard Learn.
Not all instructors utilize course reserves, and we suggest you check your syllabus or contact your instructor directly. Most instructors usually indicate if materials are available on reserve in their syllabi.
If you have confirmed your professor placed materials on reserve but the system still isn’t working, start by opening it in a different browser. If the problem continues, please contact reserve@drexel.edu.
