How many Libraries does Drexel have?

The Drexel Libraries has two physical locations. If you are not on campus, you can also find us online.  

 W. W. Hagerty Library 

  • Our main library located in University City (33rd & Market, main campus)   
     
  • Serves the entire Drexel community, particularly undergrads & non-medical students 
     
  • Offers reservable group study rooms & classrooms  
     
  • Home to the Dragons' Learning Den, which is open 24/7
     

Dragons’ Learning Den 

  • Our 24/7 space, located in the W. W. Hagerty Library 

  • Includes different seating options, like booths, tables and group study areas, like the Practice Zone and the Data Visualization Zone 

  • Laptop and portable power charger kiosks 

  • Serenity Suite, the Libraries' new wellness room 

  • Mobile dry erase boards 

  • Gender neutral bathroom 

  • Vending machines 

  • The space is available to all members of the Drexel community during normal library hours. After the library closes, access with a Dragon Card for swipe-in entry

  • To enter the Den after the main library closes each day, go to the double doors at the end of the patio closest to 33rd & Ludlow Streets. Scan your Drexel ID on the keypad to enter. The outer doors only open after the main library closes. During normal library hours, enter the Den through the doors next to the Service Desk

Library Learning Terrace  

  • Located adjacent to the Race Street Dorm, in the heart of the student residential district of Drexel's Main Campus 

  • Includes laptop kiosk, movable chairs, tables, writing boards, as well as projector and one wall completely treated as a writing surface.
