Q. When will my article come from Interlibrary Loan (ILLiad)?

I requested an article from Interlibrary loan, but I haven't gotten an email that it is ready, when will I get it?  Can I check when I will get it?  Do I have to go pick it up?

Answer

Most Interlibrary Loan (ILLiad) articles come within 2 days.  You will receive an email with instructions about how to download your article.  If it is taking longer than 3 days, log into ILLiad and check the status of your article.  To do this select "Borrow from Other Libraries" under Quicklinks on the Libraries' homepage. You can also email ResourceSharing@drexel.libanswers.com for the status of your request.

On the next page you will see a link to log into ILLiad.
