Q. Why is my account expired?

When I try to log in to view online resources, it says my account is expired.


Answer

DUL receives Library Account information, including account expiration dates, directly from the University system, Banner. If you believe that the information in the University system is incorrect, please contact your academic department to have it adjusted.
